Ryabov Loft is located on the grounds of a historical manufactory dating back to the 17th century. This area once housed a rope yard that produced ropes and cords for tying ships. It was later converted into a fabric factory and in the 20th century the “Izmeritel” factory was founded.
Today, the commercial district is a hub of loft-style creativity. New creative spaces and modern offices have sprung up in the area.
Ryabov Loft is a contemporary loft that embodies the spirit of true avant-garde architecture. This venue is ideal for corporate gatherings, receptions, weddings, celebrations, presentations, master classes, and online events.
The 320 m² space, located on the first floor with a separate entrance, can accommodate up to 300 guests. Inside this spacious area there is a bar, a control room on a raised platform, a 3x4 m² stage, a 3.5x2 m² LED screen, a cloakroom and 4 separate bathrooms, as well as an air conditioning and ventilation system.
There are three equipped dressing rooms on the second floor. Guests can park on the territory of the manufactory, the parking fee is 250 rub/hour.
The space has a stationary kitchen with all the necessary equipment. We work with our own banqueting service, with our own chef's menu.
The rental price includes LED screen, sound and lighting equipment, so you can start organising your event without thinking about finding and renting additional equipment.
